To access our audiobooks, you must register for an account via email or Google SSO. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and checkout process.
• Under the Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006 (Sri Lanka), your digital consent and actions performed within your account are legally binding and equivalent to a written signature.
• You may not use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or copyright infringement.

Purchasing an audiobook on Savana Audiobooks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You do not acquire ownership of the copyright to the audiobook or its underlying content.
• This license is for a single user and may not be shared, sublicensed, or transferred to any third party.
• All content is protected under the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003 (Sri Lanka) and applicable international copyright treaties.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Recording, copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly performing, or creating derivative works from audiobook content without explicit written authorization from Savana Audiobooks and the copyright holder.
• Sharing account access, login credentials, or purchased audiobook files with third parties.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any digital rights management (DRM), encryption, or content protection mechanisms.
• Posting defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise offensive content in reviews, comments, or any public area of the platform.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or manipulate platform content.

All audiobook purchases on Savana Audiobooks are processed securely through PayHere, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.

• Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) as indicated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us (via PayHere) to charge the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.
• We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by PayHere.
• Due to the digital nature of audiobooks, all sales are final once the content has been streamed. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Return Policy
• In compliance with the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003 (Sri Lanka), refunds will be provided if the digital product is proven to be defective and unusable.

Savana Audiobooks delivers audiobooks as digital products. No physical goods are shipped.

• Upon successful payment confirmation, the purchased audiobook is immediately available in your Library for streaming.
• In rare cases where payment processing delays occur, access may take up to 24 hours to be granted. You will be notified via email once your audiobook is ready.

Authors and publishers registered on Savana Audiobooks agree to the revenue share percentage and royalty terms set at the time of audiobook publication.

• Revenue share percentages are configurable per audiobook and can be modified by platform administrators with historical records preserved for accurate past-sales calculations.
• We reserve the right to generate and distribute monthly revenue reports to authors.
• Applicable taxes and deductions are applied as per the Inland Revenue Department of Sri Lanka regulations in effect at the time of the transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• In no event shall Savana Audiobooks, its directors, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or the purchase and use of our audiobooks.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific audiobook giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
• We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the audiobooks or platform, except as explicitly stated in these terms.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
